In the settings? (chrome://settings/languages)
You should find a “Google Translate” block at the bottom, with a switch to propose to translate (or autotranslate) webpages. Turn it off and it should not change Yande.re’s language anymore.
Perhaps you have an icon in the address bar to translate the current page, too. Did you use it, before, and accepted to automatically translate all the Yande.re’s pages? You could disable it from this icon (I don’t know if it’s really the case: I don’t use Chrome).
